**The crew return home hoping for normality. But what they find is anything but…**
Jason Cassidy is once again a fully fledged officer of the Commonwealth Defense Force. While some welcome him with open arms, there are others who believe he shouldn't be given a second chance.
The *Argo* , under the command of its new captain, proceeds to Ganymede Station. Will it be a standard cargo run, or will its crew become embroiled in yet another interstellar incident?
Meanwhile on Earth, Professor Petit has orders from the President to begin work on a functional trans-space drive. With every resource available to him, will he be able replicate the Seeker technology and usher in a new age for humanity?
